I moved into our new cottage in Mark Cross on 4th October and everything was fine until I discovered the dishwasher did not work. Paul’s number ad been left in the drawer with all of the information about the kitchen installation. I called him on Tuesday, he came the same day, and was instantly able to replace the faulty switch required (even had one in stock on his van) He also gave me advice about my other appliances and advised me of a good local gas fitter. I am very pleased and extremely grateful to him.
Paul came very promptly and within minutes knew what the problem was with my Bosch cooker knob. Replaced it and I no longer have to guess what the temperature is!

Paul was very helpful. Rather than charging a call out fee for a noisy pump he suggested that I look myself and remove the toggle! Then he got me to check if the heater was working (with full instructions) before coming out to replace the heater. He was prompt, efficient and friendly.

I moved into our new cottage in Mark Cross on 4th October and everything was fine until I discovered the dishwasher did not work. Paul’s number ad been left in the drawer with all of the information about the kitchen installation. I called him on Tuesday, he came the same day, and was instantly able to replace the faulty switch required (even had one in stock on his van) He also gave me advice about my other appliances and advised me of a good local gas fitter. I am very pleased and extremely grateful to him.

I would highly recommend Paul . I rang him at 9 ish in the morning and he was out to us by 2 pm .
He repaired our fridge freezer ( something apparently most domestic appliance engineers don’t do ) within half an hour , fortunately he was carrying the part we needed .
